Fuel math

What an hour actually costs.

Wet and dry rates are not comparable until fuel is priced in. Set a fuel price and compare.

Club wet rate
$150.00 / hr
Fuel at 5.5 gph
$33.83 / hr
Equivalent dry rate
$116.17 / hr

The club rate includes fuel. To compare against a dry rental, add the fuel line above to that rental's posted hourly rate. Instruction, when you use a CFI, is billed to you separately by that instructor.

How the club works

One invoice, everything included.

One invoice from the club

Hobbs time at the published wet rate, instruction and monthly dues on a single statement.

We handle CFI billing

A4 bills instruction on your club invoice and pays approved CFIs directly. No separate settle-up.

Maintenance is club-managed

Scheduled inspections, squawk tracking, and grounding decisions are handled by the club.
