Membership

Dues cover access to the fleet, scheduling, insurance and maintenance management. Flight time is billed separately at the published wet rate for the aircraft you fly.

Onboarding

Four steps from inquiry to first flight.

1. Application

Tell us your certificate level, hours and what you intend to fly. We review every application individually.

2. Verification

We verify your certificate and medical against FAA airman records, and collect a government ID.

3. Checkout

A club checkout with an approved CFI in each aircraft type you want access to.

4. Scheduling access

Once approved you book directly, at the same published rate you see on this site.

Billing

One invoice. The club handles all of it.

A4 handles all billing, including instruction. Aircraft time at the published wet rate, instruction and membership dues arrive on a single club invoice — you never settle up separately with your CFI, and instructors never chase students for payment. The club pays approved CFIs directly.

Fuel math

Wet rates, checked against the pump.

Set today's fuel price and compare the club's wet rate with a dry rate plus fuel.

Club wet rate
$150.00 / hr
Fuel at 5.5 gph
$33.83 / hr
Equivalent dry rate
$116.17 / hr

The club rate includes fuel. To compare against a dry rental, add the fuel line above to that rental's posted hourly rate. Instruction, when you use a CFI, is billed to you separately by that instructor.
